Spanish hours are
different and you have to take into account the afternoon siesta
which in Sitges is from 1.30pm to 5pm. Shops and businesses
are closed during these hours making some arrival times difficult
for settling in. If you anticipate arriving during these hours,
or very late at night, you might want to consider a ‘Welcome
Pack’. This is especially handy when travelling with
children.
All you have to do is email us your list and you’ll find it ready and waiting
for you in the apartment when you arrive. The cost is the price of the list plus
a €12 service charge. Also ask about our ‘special celebrations’ catering
service. |
| You will find general information in the apartment. This includes details of
train schedules, tours, special events, local ‘fiestas’ and more. |
| We offer the possibility of a baby travel cot at no extra cost (please request
at the time of reserving your apartment). Fold-up beds are also available at
a cost of €5 per day. |
| A qualified, reliable babysitter can be arranged. Contact

Should you require a cleaner during your stay we can provide this service at €10
per hour. While most of our apartments have washing machines we can provide
a laundry service at an extra cost.
Both of these services should requested as early as possible and are subject
to availability. |
Transfer to and from Barcelona airport (€30 each way) or Reus airport
(€60 each way) may be booked with your holiday reservation. Transfer from
Girona airport is not available at the present time, although can arrange to
collect you in Barcelona at the bus stop where the the Girona airport bus comes
in. Comfortable cars or a people carrier (with room for up to 6) are available
(€40-€50) each way.
We can also provide a car with chauffer. This service must be booked in advance
but offers an excellent way to make day trips without the bother of a rental
car, maps and time lost in not knowing the area you wish to visit. The service
includes a people carrier (up to 6 people) with an English speaking driver. The
price is €120 per day which includes 10 hours time and/or 300km.
